Canada:
Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost are available within Canada; both are tracked and insured with Expedited taking 1-7 days (depending on your distance from Vancouver) and Xpresspost arriving in 1-5 days.

USA:
USA Small Packet: Only for smaller, lighter items, this service is inexpensive but untrackable  and only insured up to $100. The upside is that is usually quite fast, often arriving in less that a week (depending on US Customs).

Expedited Parcel: Trackable and insured, but often quite slow despite the name. Expect it to take up to 14 business days to the East Coast.

Xpresspost: Trackable, insured, and fast, although can be quite a bit more expensive.

Worldwide:
Because Customs brokerage charges can be prohibitively expensive with private couriers, we ship via Canada Post to Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world. The shipping charges on the site come directly from Canada Post and are exact (we don't mark shipping up at all).

Small Packet Air: Only for smaller, lighter items, this service is inexpensive but untrackable  and only insured up to $100. The upside is that is usually quite fast, often arriving ito overseas destinatioins in less than two weeks, although your local Customs office can sometimes slow things down.

Parcel Post: Available to some destinations, Parcel post is offered by both Surface and Air. Both and insured and tracked, but beware! Surface Parcel can take up to 3 months (!!) to arrive, so please don't choose this anything you are in a hurry for.

XPresspost: Probably the best option, but also the most expensive. Equivalent to EMS service, XPresspost is tracked, insured, and usually arrives in less than a week.

You will, however, be responsible for all taxes, duties, and other charges relating to your order; these will be charged by, and payable to, your government and/or postal service and we cannot estimate or anticipate what these will be.

Returns:

Because almost all the stuff we sell is limited edition and tough to get, we can't accept returns on non-defective merchandise - all sales are final. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll cover return postage and re-send your correct order.

Many of the toys are hand painted and hand assembled, and as such, there are often slight variations in the paint, etc... These slight differences between pieces add character to the piece and aren't considered "defects". Broken limbs, snapped off heads, etc... are a totally different story and we'll take care of issues like this right away. Just give us a call or send an email and we'll take care of you!

Payments:

Please note that VoltageLand.com is located in Canada, and as such, we process Visa and Mastercard payments in Canadian dollars. When you check out in either USD or EUR and choose to pay with a credit card, we will charge your card the CDN equivalent. Due to currency fluctuations and foreign currency fees charged by your credit card company, your local currency statement may not always match your VoltageLand.com invoice.
