Shipping and Returns

Shipping:


Canada and USA: We have chosen Canada Post as our preferred shipping method. Orders within Canada usually arrive within 5 days and orders to the US in 5 - 10 days (US Customs can be pretty sticky). We offer the option of USA Small Packet (inexpensive but untrackable and no insurance) Expedited Parcel (trackable and insured), and Xpresspost (trackable, insured, and fast). Canada Post orders are sent Tuesday - Sunday.

Worldwide: Because Customs brokerage charges can be prohibitively expensive with private couriers, we ship via Canada Post to Europe, Asia, and the rest of the world. The shipping charges on the site come directly from Canada Post and are exact (we don't mark shipping up at all). We ship Canada Post orders Tuesday - Sunday.

You will, however, be responsible for all taxes, duties, and other charges relating to your order; these will be charged by, and payable to, your government and/or postal service and we cannot estimate or anticipate what these will be.

Returns:

Because almost all the stuff we sell is limited edition and tough to get, we can't accept returns on non-defective merchandise - all sales are final. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll cover return postage and re-send your correct order.

Many of the toys are hand painted and hand assembled, and as such, there are often slight variations in the paint, etc... These slight differences between pieces add character to the piece and aren't considered "defects". Broken limbs, snapped off heads, etc... are a totally different story and we'll take care of issues like this right away. Just give us a call or send an email and we'll take care of you!
